Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work with team and support logistics operation a) Assist the support staffs to handle the delivery schedule, damage, stock availability inquires for supply chain team to receive emails, phone, and BBS inquires from stores b) Assist the support staffs to solve Level 1 logistics issues from stores by coordinate 3PL or related functions 2. New store opening preparation and coordination a) Assist communication with retail support team for training and secure all opening problem-solving b) Support team on pre-coordination for new store opening with related department 3. Others a) To assist all team with all Administrative tasks b) Reporting Qualifications: - Good at oral and written English - Could work 3 days above per week, prefer more than 6 months - Out-going and be eager to learn - Work efficiently and hard - Must have skills:   Excel   High attention to details,   Customer service skills and strong serving spirit
