Job Description: We are looking for a logical, research-oriented, and passionate intern to join our team. The intern will work in Shenzhen office of Safran China in Asia Supply Chain team and contribute to supplier management - in standardizing the processes of our Supplier Low-Carbon Project, helping the team and our Asia suppliers collaborate effectively to achieve carbon reduction goals. Main activities: 1. Process Standardization: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supplier low-carbon project workflows. Create bilingual guides defining action items for different rating levels. Simplify complex processes into clear, actionable instructions. 2. Policy Research: Track global carbon policies and curate a directory of authoritative sustainability resources. (IPCC, SBTI, CDP etc.) 3. Knowledge Appendix: Build a comprehensive knowledge appendix, including carbon calculation methodologies, technical glossaries, and supporting resources to reinforce the SOPs. Other daily activities: 1. Part inspection linked to the industrialization validation process at suppliers. 2. Participate in supplier performance management’s daily work to ensure good quality and delivery performance. 3. Build standard process and format for industrial project tracking for long term. Candidate skills & requirements: • Graduate Level: BAC+3/bachelor or above and major in ESG/Engineering/Mechanics/Industrial/Supply Chain. Aviation background is a plus. • Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written); French is a plus. • Skills and experience required: Master MS office package, especially Excel and Power point; Familiar with Environmental Science / ESG; Natural communicator and strong technical writing skills; Knowledge of Engineering Drawing is a plus.
