协助研发类岗位招聘

Job Scope:

1. Work with TA manager on recruiting project. 2. Search/evaluate/engage with talents under TA managers guidance via multiple platforms. 3. Research and gather talent intelligence. (e.g. Mapping and Landscape study) 4. Staffing related reporting and system operations. 5. Data entry and updation into philips ATS and CRM 6. Helping TA lead prepare for business related discussions and presentations   Requirement: 1. at least 4 days/week for 3-6 months, 6 months preferred 2. Agile, flexible and willing to learn, team player 3. Be able to use English as a working language 4. Relevant recruiting experience preferred, Major in software/mechanical engineering or Biomedical engineering  preferred.
