Job Description
• Design and create engaging newsletters/posters for promoting events, workshops, and relative activities.
• Data maintenance, analysis and consolidation.
• Market research and insight consolidation related topics.
• Execution of events including venue arrangements and activity support.
• Program support on promotion, communication & logistics.
• Support on other ad hoc HR related tasks.
Requirements:
• Good at both written and oral English
• Strong communication skills, creativity, teamwork spirit, self-motivation, logical ability
• Must be attentive, willingness to learn new skills
• Skills: Excel / PowerPoint/ Final Cut, consulting firm/Media agency intern experience is a plus, but not a must
• Minimum 3 days per week
