Main responsibilities
1) Is responsible for Interview arrangement, including but not limited to book interview room, confirm interview time, resume print out preparation, resumes archive etc.
2) Support to prepare basic IMSS data analysis and reporting, monthly routine Org-chart update and/or any ad-hoc HR data analysis/report. 3) Provide adminstration support to IMSS Employee movement, such as complete the related <Transfer Form> preparation & sign-off process, announcemet preparation etc. 4) Provide adminstration support to IMSS Annual & Ad-hoc HR Projects: a) 2017 Year-end Performance Management Process b) 2017 Year-end Promotion Process c) New Bund Movement 5) Keep track on the IMSS on-site agency management, such as headcount tracking, company assets application, on-board and off-board tracking etc.6) Any other ad-hoc assignment required by Line Manager or team members.
Requirements
1.Fluent English skill both in Oral and written
2.Microsoft Office
3.Quick actor who is proactive and has sense of confidentiality.
