Job Purpose Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the US, UK, Europe and the rest of the world. This role is looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting the daily operations of the marketing team by assisting with store video editing, cross-team coordination with trade MKT, system order processing, and monthly market trend collection. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 岗位职责 PR: • Support on sample ordering, shipment arrangement, and logistics tracking • Maintain and update KOL seeding list on a regular basis • Support on PR mailer preparation on a campaign basis, assist in brand KOL pool maintenance and optimization • Assist in data collation, material compilation, and draft of monthly PR performance report Social & Content: • Filing and archiving the brand creative assets • Support on social day-to-day operation across platforms Product Marketing: • Assist with daily operations including system order entry and order placement • Participate in sorting and inventory counting of the sample room • Regularly collect and organize monthly industry and market trend information and participate in report preparation Admin: • Assist with internal workflow for contract stamping, filing and general admin related duties • Express deliveries Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Behaviors 任职要求 • Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, New Media, Digital Communications, Advertising, Brand Management, or a related field • Relevant academic projects in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital analytics are highly valued • Experience (including academic or personal projects) in social media content creation, community management, or campaign coordination is beneficial • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point); basic graphic/video editing skills are a plus • Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, as well as strong learning ability and teamwork awareness • Prior internship experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or toy industry is a strong plus • Passion for the Jellycat brand, personable, proactive, and efficient • Fluent in English (written & spoken). • Available for a long term internship (6months) with a minimum commitment of 4 days per week.
