Responsibilities

·         Support the Urban Designers’ works;

·         Responsible for preparing presentation graphics and formatting final presentation posters & documents;

·         Responsible for translating design sketches into AutoCAD or Illustrator drawings; and

·         Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements

·         Major in Urban Design, Architecture or Planning program;

·         Proficient in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up or Rhino;

·         Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;

·         Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin; and

·         Able to work at least 3 days per week.
