Responsibilities. 

1. Daily checking on OBD interface & PGI creation between SAP system and WHSE

2. Daily checking on outbound & return plan and do the adjustment if needed

3. Closely work with inventory team to monitor, track & maintain stock in SAP

4. Monthly review outbound & return data by channels

5. Collect & summarize warehouse operation data

6. Communicate with logistic vendor in transportation requirements, such as return/special case arrangement

7. Communicate with internal team members of ATP /CSR/Fin team to ensure order flow go through timely

8. Coordinate with Retail /EC /MKT team on order delivery status checking if necessary

Requirements

1. Passion in sports and team work attitude

2. Logistics background is preferred

3. Data sensitivity and good Office skills

4. Good communication

5. 4 days+/week attendance is preferred

6. CET 4 or above
