•     Provide legal advice or training to promote compliance with compliance policies and guidelines as well as applicable laws and regulations;

•     Advise senior managers and business people legal risk associated with business strategy and initiatives and provide solutions to mitigate;

•     Provide legal advice or support to daily operations which will include a wide variety of legal matters,

•     Participate in contract or project negotiations with counterparties including drafting and reviewing related legal documents ;

•     Develop and improve legal or compliance processes and information sharing;

•     Interface with regulatory authorities when required.

•     Other legal or compliance work as needed from time to time.
