Facilitate communication between marketing and compliance teams to balance regulatory requirements with the marketing objectives of ads, and to obtain the compliance approval of marketing materials. 2. Follow up on regulatory notices and research on controversial issues, regulations on trending topics in the market to help the market assess compliance requirements. 3. Collaborate across departments and markets, and enhance the efficiency of global marketing material compliance reviews, aiming to shorten the compliance process timeline. 4. Maintain and manage compliance documents, meetings minutes, and ensure regular consolidation. Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree or above in law, finance, economics, accounting, or related fields is required. Candidates with a composite background in finance and law are preferred. 2. Basic knowledge of financial industry, including but not limited to financial markets, financial products, and risk management. 3. Proficiency in English. Holders of CET-6 certificates or outstanding scores in international standardized tests such as IELTS or TOEFL are required. 4. A strong aptitude for learning and research, with the capability to comprehend laws and regulations. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
