Tasks: 1. Support the planning and execution of innovation-related engagement events. 2. Ensure smooth operation of events as a core team member. 3. Conduct follow-ups and support idea implementation tracking. 4. Take ownership of special tasks and explore areas of personal interest within the innovation space. Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master 2. Engineering related major/ Product Innovation 3. Good at English, especially writing 4. Know how to use Microsoft automation tool is a plus 5. Experienced in event planning & organization.
