joint venture programme with 5 top-tier investment banking brands in Greater
China market.
These investment banks are devoted to
nurturing their next generation of business and technology leaders with
all-round skills. A 12-Month management trainee programme has been launched
between CGP Enterprise Solution and these investment banks to provide rewarding
career prospects and tremendous personal growth opportunities comprising
specialised training in Investment Banking technology engineering, business
analysis, data analytics and project management function.
High-calibre graduates who aspire to
develop a career in the banking & investment banking industry are welcome
to join our team. We are looking for candidates who meet the following
requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or preferably
a master’s degree from an accredited university
Fresh graduates or no more than
2 years working experience
Oversea education or working or
internship experience
Strong analytical,
interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
Versatile and have a passion
for excellence
Good communication in both
English and Mandarin, other languages would be big plus

Business Analyst
The role often involves access to business areas in major financial institutions, working on sensitive information and high profile projects, and gaining first-hand exposure to the trade lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, gather requirements and figure out solutions together with the engineering teams. These opportunities are perfect for those who are team players with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for fast learning.
Data Analyst
The role is crucial in helping organisations with the accuracy and timely presentation of data, in line with internal process, governance, and regulatory requirements. Also to utilize a few data tools include but not limited to Excel, Sql, Python or BI tools like Qlikview, PowerBI to process data or visualize data for different management purposes.
Project Support & Management
You will play a pivotal role, supporting the project manager and the wider team to ensure that the project is a success. This is a very busy and varied role and your duties may include project planning, risk assessments, preparing progress reports, monitoring project schedules and budgets and liaising with key stakeholders. All projects are different and therefore the tasks of a PSO will vary so you must be resilient and adaptable to meet challenging demands
PMO
You will help the managers in PMO to set and maintain standards for project management throughout an organization. Work as a team to create procedures and best practices that help operations go smoothly, complete on time and result in quality deliverables. PMO would also look into the finance status and track other resources usages regularly and report back to senior executives of an IT or business organization.
Tech Engineering
You will work with a range of responsibilities, including: writing, developing, testing, and reviewing code; supporting existing applications; liaising with end users to fix defects, find solutions, and test them; adding functionality to applications by designing and implementing solutions; and more. FDM has trained and placed developers in specialties including Java, Python, C#, .Net, and more.
IT Infrastructure Operations
The role would be broadly responsible for the administration and management of the technology infrastructure, which would have a variety of elements including computers, servers, processes, networking, storage, security and cloud based services.
The programme incorporates regular professional training sessions and comprehensive on-the-job training. During the rotation period, you will be fully supported by a well-developed mentoring system as well.
