Responsibilities
1.Coordinate with customer requests on Wechat service platform and will be responsible for Wechat service platform case record and transcribe.
2.Log case and quality complaint information from SFDC to TrackWise system and do some related paper work.
3.Do some filter integrity tests in Mlab according to the needs.
4.Communicate effectively with colleagues and field service team with high cross functional collaboration.
5.Takes ownership/responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
要求
1.Bachelor degree.
2.Good computer skills and communication skills. Good excel skills
3.Quick learner
4.Good execution, integrity, teamwork is required
5.Good command of English, both oral and write is a plus
