本岗位需实习到毕业转正，一周可以出勤5天。 工作目标： 灼识的专家网络服务，是指向灼识的客户提供与行业专家进行的“沟通”。该沟通可以通过电话进行也可以面对面的进行，是一种灵活有效的，互动式的获取行业最新资讯的方式。我们的客户涵盖了国内外知名的金融投资机构，包括投资银行、私募基金、对冲基金和共同基金等。我们将依靠强大的行业知识及广泛的专家网络，保证客户能在最短的时间内与最合适的专家进行对接。并通过严谨的项目式管理，对沟通前、沟通时及沟通后三个阶段及时的跟进，以确保客户能达到预期的沟通效果，迅速进行下一步投资决策。 职位描述： 通过现有资源和开拓更多有效渠道协助项目经理完成咨询项目，按照客户的需求匹配和招募到专业背景最符合要求的行业内专家； 通过深入理解项目需求、沟通和匹配专家，为客户安排与专家的咨询会议； 不断完善现有工作流程，提高服务客户的质量； 协助进行相应行业热点研究； 对于内部数据库和系统进行完善和整理。 岗位要求： 本科或以上学历； 有金融，咨询行业，猎头或新闻记者工作经验者优先考虑，也欢迎优秀的应届毕业生； 流利的英语听说读写能力，至少CET6； 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力； 外向，有强烈责任感，工作积极主动，勤劳有理想，拥有快速学习能力； 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，包括Word, excel, PPT等。 Job Purpose Find the right experts with the most relevant background and experience to meet our clients’ needs and help them gain critical insights on macro issues or niche subjects, into industries and key markets to ensure the success of their business or investments Duties and responsibilities Assist project manager to find right experts with the most relevant background and experience to meet our clients’ needs by utilizing existing resources and developing more effective channels Successfully deliver projects by deep understanding project requirements, interviewing experts, matching experts and arrange the consultation per clients’ instruction Participate in online and offline industry conferences and exhibitions to gain wide range of industry knowledge Constantly improve existing working processes and the service provided to clients Assist in industry hot research Maintain and enrich internal database and system Qualifications Bachelor degree or above Experience in financial services, consulting, headhunting and journalism would be a plus High caliber fresh graduates are also welcome to apply Fluent English speaking and writing, at least CET 6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Open-minded, accountable, proactive, quick leaner, ambitious and hard-working Good at Microsoft Office Skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
