Job description:
1.Support BEG-CN Suzhou management and CD business units
2.Assist in purchasing process and system management
3.Reimbursements for managers
4.Documents and small delivery handling (shipping, receiving for office goods and tools)
5.Travel arrangement for managers (plane tickets, hotel, car rental)
6.Special activity and meeting support (e.g. team building, town-hall and dept. meeting, outing, etc...)
7.Office supplies handling
8.Support interviews and tool management
9.New employee equipment's
10.Meeting room supervisor (including 5S)
Requirements:
1.Prefer students with experience in an international team
2.Patient, positive, and organized.
3.English skills are required
