职责 RESPONSIBILITIES ·协助现场及外景摄影摄像工作，确保拍摄按计划顺利进行。Assist onsite and offsite photography and videography work to ensure smooth operation as scoped ·根据品牌需求拍摄产品视频，并完成后期剪辑制作。Shoot product videos according to brand requirements and perform post-production editing ·分析用户偏好，熟悉小红书、抖音、B站等平台视频风格，据此撰写拍摄脚本。Analyze user preferences, be familiar with video presentation styles on RedBook, Douyin, Bilibili, and create shooting scripts accordingly ·能把握不同品牌的拍摄调性，形成独立、有创意的视觉风格。Understand the visual tonality of different brands, and develop an independent and creative visual style. 任职要求 REQUIREMENTS ·具备摄影基础，熟悉单反/微单相机操作及基本布光原理 。Basic knowledge of photography, proficient in DSLR/mirrorless camera operation and fundamental lighting principles ·对艺术行业有浓厚兴趣，能快速理解创作意图与项目需求。Strong interest in the art industry, able to quickly understand creative intent and project needs ·能独立完成后期修图（Lightroom/Photoshop），具备基础调色和细节处理能力。Able to independently handle post-production retouching (Lightroom/Photoshop) with basic color grading and detail processing skills ·具备独立拍摄和剪辑视频的能力。Capable of independently shooting and editing videos ·谙熟流行趋势，对潮流有较高的敏感度。Familiar with fashion trends, highly sensitive to what's trending ·艺术院校摄影、艺术及相关专业本科以上学历。Bachelor's degree or above in photography, arts, or related fields from an art school
