资质要求

1.化学工程、生物化学、物理化学、分析化学、化工、精细化工、应用化学、有机合成、高分子科学、生物、生命科学、食品科学、食品添加剂，制药、药物制剂、材料科学专业或相关专业本科、研究生或博士研究生的最后一年

2. 学习成绩优异

3. 充满好奇心，具有较高的快速学习的主动性和灵活性

4. 喜欢并善于沟通，具有良好的人际交往能力

5. 具有领导、激励和影响他人的能力

6. 积极主动，勇于创新，能够在快节奏的组织中茁壮成长

7. 优秀的中英文或日文的书面和口头沟通能力

8. 对美妆行业充满激情，不限工作经验

1. How to develop formulas of prestige cosmetics, and pilot from lab bench to production.

2. How to comply with the regulation of APAC and Global markets.

3. How to deliver Asian centric, high quality, high efficacy, safe products to Asian consumers.

4. How to comply with safety and quality assurance via multi analytical testing methods.

5. How to forecast the marketing trend from the consumer insights and marketing information.

6. How to verify the botanical actives.

Qualifications

1. Final year undergraduate, Graduate or PhD students with major in Chemical engineering, Polymer Science,  Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related filed

2. Outstanding academic record

3. No minimum of work experience required, but with a passion for the beauty industry

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others

6. Motivated and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization

7. Possesses high learning agility

8. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese or Japanese.
