A.   PRIMARY Purpose (Why does this job exists) 

 Support sales performance and incentive process administrations and

 data validation analysis and Power BI report building to ensure the success

 of end to end process of sales targets, performance, and incentive in Asia

 Pacific region 

 B.   primary DUTIES: 

 1.     Monthly data validation between Business File and

 the data in SPIMP system, making sure the data accuracy performed by Run Team

 including but not limited to Sales Master, Credit rule Target etc. 

 2.     Build up Power BI report based on the existing excel

 template provided with guidance of Sales Effectiveness Manager 

 3.    Support Sales Effectiveness Manager, Asia Pacific

 on ad-hoc requests of data analysis and Training Material development and

 existing material refinement etc.

 C.   Education,

 Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

 1.     Strong skill in big data mining processing in

 Excel/Access/ VBA/SQL/PYTHON 

 2.    Strong skill in Power BI 

 3.    Proactive and a quick learner

  4.   Strong ability of logical thinking 

 5.    Good written English – able to independently read/write reports in English

 6.    Science, Business or Engineering major preferred
