Detailed Description of Job Contents: Regular tasks: • Support on CBU/PBP certification process & MEP/BEPA catalogue application process • IT support for process optimization • Projects management, contracts tracking and payment process processing • Assisting in reports preparation and document translations • Support on department activities • Other assigned tasks from supervisor or daily work in department

Qualification Requirement (Major, Language, etc.): • Bachelor or master student, in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering preferred. • Fulfil a consecutive 6-month internship, 5 working days per week. Guarantee student identity during the whole internship. • Your written and spoken English language skills are business fluent. Candidate with German language skills is preferred • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, reactive and responsible. Be able to work independently and always eager to learn. • High proficiency in the MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneNote, and VBA preferred.
