[Project Management Assistant]
【Responsibilities】
1. Be directly involved in finance-related projects including but not limited to Siemens China Hub Treasury Setup, CBIRC Follow Up, SAFE Pilot,IT Collaboration, etc.
2. Help project manager to develop project business case, concept, workflow, org chart, timeline, etc.;
3. Run projects’ weekly update meeting with project team and engage in regular meetings with project stakeholders, including internal counterparties and external partner banks; Cross-functional communication with different departments and Siemens subsidiaries;
4. Other routine job: Meeting minutes, project materials preparing and documentation;
5. You will be encouraged to run a mini-project independently with the guidance of supervisors.
【Requirements】
1. Excellent in both spoken and written English;
2. Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
3. Available for 5 days per week, 6 months in total is preferred. Starting it as soon as possible. Student status during intern period is a MUST
4. Education background or internship experience in financial institution is preferred
5. VBA skills is a plus
【Compensations】15 RMB/Hour, pre-tax

【项目管理实习生】
【职务描述】
1. 深入参与项目管理,包括但不仅限于西门子中国司库中心搭建项目、外管试点项目、银监会整改方案跟进项目,信息技术部合作项目跟进,等
2. 协助项目经理梳理项目逻辑及时间轴,预估盈亏比,解决问题并推进项目进程
3. 定期参与项目组的会议和与内部相关方及外部银行的会议
4. 其他日常工作,如会议记录、项目文件准备和整理
5. 实习期间将在指导下独立完成至少一个项目
【要求】
1. 良好的英语水平、沟通能力和微软办公软件使用技能(Outlook, PPT, Excel)
2. 对待工作认真负责,有执行力;
3. 每周五天实习,持续六个月,能尽快开始实习
4. 实习期间必须保持学生身份,金融专业或者有相关实习经验优先考虑
5. 加分项:掌握VBA等编程技能
