JD:
1. Department daily work: support PMF checking, support AR overdue analyze,
support documents archiving, make reimbursement, manage office articles etc.. 2. Activity arrangement: arrange meeting room, support organizing dept. activities. 3. Other tasks assigned by the mentor.
Required knowledge competencies:
Proficient oral English, Finance major is more preferred. Careful and patient, agile and communicative Proficient Microsoft Office skills At least 3 working days per week, total working time not less than 3 months
