Job Responsibilities:

1. Trained as a candidate for project developer 

2. Department rotation in Sales for at least one month

3. Master project development processes and skills through job rotations in different phases

4. Accept and pass performance evaluations during the department and job rotation

5. Assist in project development for two to three projects before undertaking independent project development.
