Job Summary职位概述:

Provide analytical support to regional CVM team, update databases, handle promotion activities, liaises with vendors.

为市场部提供支持, 更新数据, 协助市场推关, 协调供应商.

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责  :

1. To learn basic product knowledge of related panel and instruments

通过学习，掌握各Panel基本相关产品知识及仪器知识； 2.To assist supervisor to collect and consolidate of information about internal and external meetings

协助主管完成会议信息的收集和整理, 完善数据表格模板

3. To assist supervisor to conduct basic data analysis and other related paper work

协助主管完成各项数据汇总分析、竞品信息收集，协助主管完成日常文案工作；

4. To assist supervisor to conduct customer visit and hospital CMEs

协同主管进行临床拜访和科室会相关工作，增加客户对产品的认知；

5. To assist supervisor to conduct internal and external meetings, including preparation, onsite support and after-meeting follow-up

协同主管举办内部培训/外部学术会议，包括会前准备,会中支持和会后跟进； 6.To assist supervisor to manage the distribution of promotion materials

协助主管完成推广资料的整理,建档和分发管理. 

7 To assist supervisor to follow up with Shanghai marketing department meeting excel 

协助主管跟进与上海市场部表格收集 

8 To assist supervisor to follow up the data input of the regional speaker database

协助主管跟进区域 讲者库的资料输入

 

 

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

 

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. Graduates of bachelor degree or above, clinical medicine and pharmacy major preferred

2019年应届毕业大学生，本科及以上学历，临床医学及医药相关专业优先； 2. Well master the PC and basic Office 

熟练运用计算机技术及Office软件使用；

3. Good planning, analyzing and collaboration capability

拥有良好的分析能力，计划和组织协调能力;

4. Be good at communication and self-study

善于沟通, 具备良好自学能力
