Responsibilities:
1. Directly source candidates through different channels.
2. Assist campus recruiting events and group hiring logistics.
3. Maintain internal candidate database.
4. Administer the Letter of Appointment for new hired interns, manage attendance timesheet.
5. Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc (eg Family Day, Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc).
6. Provide administrative support to China BUs as required.
7. Manage or assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:
1 Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Good interpersonal skill.
4. Can take high initiative to get things done.
5. HR related education background or internship experience is a preference.
