Job Description:

Vendor/product documentation/licensing verification

- Assist to consolidate all product vendors and individual products into one master list for Beijing clinic across all departments

- Cross check that all existing product vendors (business licenses) and the individual products themselves are licensed in China – using SFDA website. (Highlight any unlicensed vendors or products that need to be removed immediately)

- Assist to create a system to ensure that we have an ongoing verification process and documented evidence to support that all vendors and each individual product are licensed in China before raising a PO

Skills required: 

- Students majoring in Supply Chian Management is preferred.

- Proficient with using a computer.

- Good English communication skill.

- Good working knowledge of Excel. Word, PowerPoint.

- Able to perform accurate data entry, attention to detail.

- 5 days/week.
