岗位描述/Department Mission:
· Providing secretarial support, managing business schedule and topic based follow-up.
· Supports the entire Sales division to smoothly operate daily business.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Schedule management: Managing the VP’s calendar, keeping all parties informed. Also responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates with time and location
· Hospitality Coordination - Liaison with the relevant parties regarding hospitality coordination in terms of: - Room booking - Attendee list
· Reimbursement for all the trips/business related claims
· Travel arrangement: optimize travel efficiency in terms of time, cost and means of transportation
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Enrolled Bachelor or Master student.
· Language skills: Fluent English. (MUST) (German is a plus.)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
· Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
