Audi Consulting - The Transformation Consultancy

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Together with experienced consultants, you will shape the transformation of the company on the basis of the strategy Audi.Vorsprung.2025 and work on cross-divisional projects with high strategic relevance on behalf of the Board of Management.

You will support the development of conceptual cornerstones for core Audi China  topics and introduce innovative impulses into the organisation.

Together with the experts from the business units, you will support our project work until it is effective throughout the company.

You will develop solutions together with other highly interesting consulting disciplines of Audi Consulting, such as change management or organizational consulting.

Your results are reported to the top committees of the Audi Group.

Qualifications

Education Background

Excellent academic record in engineering, industrial engineering or economics and have successfully completed your 6th bachelors semester

Professional Skills

Experience/ internships in the automotive industry or in well-known management consulting firms

Proficiency in MS office, especially PPT and Excel skills

Competence Requirements

Strong analytical, conceptual and creative skills

High social and communication skills

Language Skills

Good command of English both in speaking and writing

German as a plus
