部门/Department: New Technologies and Battery Strategy 地点/Location: Beijing 时长/Duration: 6 months (MUST) 每周到岗/Availability：5 days/week 到岗日期/On-board Date：March 2024 onwards 部门使命/Department Mission: The department's mission is, from purchasing perspective, to ensure Volkswagen Group China successfully implement its strategy to address the challenges of electrification, autonomous, connectivity and mobility. 主要职责/Your Responsibilities: * Project support within Volkswagen China’s battery strategy. * Support within autonomous driving and connected car projects and supplier research in relevant new technology areas. * Competitor analysis and benchmark of OEM product portfolios. * Preparation and organization of briefing presentations and documents. * Support of daily department and team activities. 岗位要求/Required Qualification: * Enrolled university students with outstanding academic record * International study or work experience in Europe or US preferred * Previous internships within automotive or consulting preferred * Strong communication skills and team cooperation * Willingness to take on challenges and self-improvement * Data analysis skills preferred * Language skills: Chinese (Fluent), English (Fluent), German (fluent skills preferred, not a must) 福利待遇/What We Can Offer: * Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor, 180 RMB/day for Master students gross. * Housing allowance up to RMB 4000 for students that are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing. * Internship certificate (Only if the actual duration lasts more than 3 months where stability and sense of obligation is demonstrated). * Strong brands, excellent products and image, international working environment and global network, good management, team work, open communication & feedback.
