Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors, handling telephone calls 2. Responsible for sending outgoing letters/parcels by mail, EMS and courier 3. Responsible for updating telephone directory and staff workstation 4. Responsible for corporate hotel management: hotel booking, hotel contracts renewal 5. Responsible for company/rental car management: company car/rental car booking, drivers' OT and expenses payment, rental car payment and other car related expense arrangement 6. Provide support for office admin projects Requirements: 1. Sweet voice, good appearance and good communication skill 2. College graduated, CET4 holder or above, good command of Mandarin and English 3. Be passionate and patient to people, aborative in work 4. Skills of computer using and office equipment using职位描述:

6. 为其他相关行政工作提供支持
职位要求:
1. 声音甜美,仪表举止得体, 有良好的沟通技巧;
2. 本科学历,英语通过 了CET4 或以上,精通普通话和英语
3. 对工作充满激情和耐心,注重细节
4. 熟练使用各类办公软件,办公自动化设备。
