? Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously. Ensure that they are registered in the Visitor Management System and wear Visitor’s Badge. ? Be responsible for Cisco Badge & building access card management. ? Be responsible for locker & cabinet management. ? Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary. ? Meeting rooms booking. ? Be responsible for mail express. ? Handle Work Orders & SR in FMP. ? Be responsible for purchase order and receiving goods (e.g pantry consumable items, bottled water). ? Follow up monthly payment process. ? Supervise and coordinate for the environmental cleanliness of the Reception area. ? Vendor Management ? Assist your department and working team in its day to day operations. Monitor and coordinate your records/filing and be flexibly responsive to any ad hoc duties or other duties that may be assigned. ? Be neat and tidy with your work attire to maintain a professional and good company’s image. ? Perform your duties in compliance with existing Company’s policies and operational procedures. ? Other works assigned by manager
