Job Summary:

This position monitor HTS China engineering metrics and performance as well as HTS China NPI (New Product Introduction) projects status, progress, risks and accomplishments.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

·         Effectively track and report HTS China engineering metrics and performance, including data capturing, controlling, improving, reporting and analyzing

·         Effectively track and report NPI projects status, progress, risks and accomplishment

Requirements:

·         Data sensitive

·         Quick learner

·         Good at Excel, Power Point

·         Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

·         Strong inter-person skills, able to talk to different level of people

·         Self-motivated

·         Major in Computer Science, Engineering or related
