Key Accountability ＞ Source, screen and select candidates via different channels (e.g. online job board, internal referral, sourcing calls, etc.); ＞ Engage with Recruiters to process selected candidates;
＞ Maintain a talent pool of candidates in selected fields and expand coverage of the market.
Requirements ＞ Bachelor's degree or above; ＞ Proficiency in both oral and written English; ＞ Detail oriented and result driven with good problem-solving skills; ＞ Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
