岗位职责:
Your Jobs:
• 日常的IT支持,主要是HelpDesk一类,例如员工设备相关的软件、硬件、系统问题,服务器,网络维护;
• Daily IT support, primarily HelpDesk-related, such as software, hardware, and system issues related to employee equipment, server, and network maintenance;
• IT资产管理,例如新购置的设备录入系统,员工入职/离职所需与IT资产有关手续,和Finance协作统计IT资产;
• IT asset management, such as entering newly purchased equipment into the system, handling IT asset-related procedures required for employee onboarding/offboarding, and collaborating with Finance to account for IT assets;
• IT内部的governance,例如SOP文件和Knowledge Base的撰写;
• Internal IT governance, such as drafting SOP documents and Knowledge Base.
岗位要求
Job requirement:
• 愿意做IT支持类工作;
• Willing to do IT support work.
• 了解电脑周边硬件设备,Windows 10/Windows 7操作系统,微软Office办公室软件;
• Familiar PC hardware, Microsoft Windows 10/7 OS and office suite.
• 具备良好的英文读写能力,良好的沟通能力;
• Good commend of oral and written English, and good at communication.
• 较好的学习能力,工作负责;
• Be responsible, fast learning.
• 至少一周工作三天。
• At least 3 working days in one week.
