职位描述：

1) Savvy enough to collect & translate marketing showcases, data & industrial reports from China Market and other overseas markets for internal info synchronization, among members from local TikTok team and local Central Team; 

2) Assist in TikToks project tracking, reports management and marketing audits; 

3) Assist in marketing proposal drafting and contribute to TikToks campaign brainstorming; 

4) Assist in India marketing environment monitoring & competitors monitoring.

职位要求：

1) Graduate in Marcomms Related Field; 

2) Ready to work in fast-pace environment, open to work late nights and during weekends too; 

3) Knowledge of marketing science, PR communications, media software BARC, IRS and Google AdWords is a plus; 

4) Good at PowerPoint and Excel and Word docs; 

5) Open minded and outspoken; not afraid of challenging work environment and ready to put his/her points across with logical reasoning.
