Job Description

WBTQ（微信精品店）

1. Daily operation of WBTQ, including order fulfillment ( sales, return, exchange ) and invoicing

2. Upload and take down products according to Merchandising plan

3. Change WBTQ pages according to trade calendar

4. Monthly check stock and price, and providemonthly invoice reports

5. Answer CS（客服） questions

PFS （天猫旗舰店）

1. Assist with daily operation of PFS, provide product PIM （商品信息） and photos to BQ

2. Assist with packaging requirements and payments application

3. Regularly check PFS pages for price, categories, product photo correctness especially when there’re new batches of products uploaded

Admin

1. Bid record forms, chop request forms etc preparation and other ad-hoc tasks that related to WBTQ and PFS
