Responsibilities:
1. Research and engineering on edge/cloud computing, perception, data analysis and visualization and related fields.
2. Development and analysis of proof-of-concepts for related technologies.
3. Design and implementation of reliable network services for V2X scenario.
4. Implementation and test of advanced computer vision algorithms in V2X use cases.
5. Design and implementation of edge/cloud computing technologies for autonomous driving systems.
6. Efficient, clean, and well-documented code, including comprehensive code comments.
7. Document processes and results during development, especially for the key milestones.
8. Work proactively within team to feedback processes and problems timely, and to discuss and find solutions.
9. Transfer work result into patents and papers.
Requirements:
1. Major in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, information technology, electronic
engineering, automation, or other relevant technical disciplines.
2. Solid knowledge in one or more of the following fields: networking, edge/cloud computing, machine learning,
perception algorithm, embedded system.
3. Good Python, C++ and/or Go programming skills.
4. Good communication skills to work in an international team.
5. Proficient in oral and written English.
6. A quick learner who is self-driven and detail oriented.
7. Can work at least 4 days/week and continue 4-6 months.
8. Preferred, but not required:
a. Experience with 5G V2X, time-sensitive networking, and relevant V2X techniques.
b. Experience with planning and control and computer vision in V2X scenario.
c. Experience in building, shipping, and operating trustful distributed solutions.
e. Experience with Autonomous Driving and vehicle engineering.
f. Experience with Linux, shell environment and ROS2.
g. Experience with model deployment for neural networks.
