职位描述:

Job Responsibilities: GM Assistant: 1.Business travel logistics arrangement, including air tickets booking, hotel reservation, ground transportation, etc. 2.Provide support to GM on business expense claim, communication with the driver, dinner reservation, etc. 3.Provide support to GM on house/car rental and payment, cellphone payment, utility payment, children tuition, etc. 4.Greet and support visitors as necessary

Business & Finance Operation: 1.Procurement to Payment Process for all kinds of business investments and expenses - Purchase Request Placement, PR to PO, Goods Received, Invoice Process, Payment Arrangement, etc. 2.Sales Operation: place sales order, complete sales contract related paper work, be responsible for reimbursement & payment

Office Service: 1.Order stationery/courier and arrange payment timely 2.Office rental fee payment timely 3.Provide support to team per needs

Competencies Required: 1.Strong communication skill, with fluent English and Chinese 2.Proficient MS Office skill especially in Excel 3.Attention to details, able to find improvement areas from routine work 4.Good service sense, willing to help others, team work spirit 5.Strong learning agility, multitask management, willing to work in a fast pace & changing environment 6.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
