Key areas of accountability:
· New Customers’ system maintenance, such as SONOS/MTA New CM system set up
· Company info such as bank info/different function contact window set up), system information update (Certificates/capacity/package investigation….).
· Hotel/restaurant’s booking for Customer visit.
· Customer letters stamp & courier.
· Expense Reimbursement
· Other support if needed
Qualification:
· Can guarantee at least 3 days per week for full day working, prefer 5 days a week
· Good English skills in writing and reading, speaking
· Familiar with MS office software, especially for Excel, Outlook
· Major in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Financial, or related
· Open minded, communicative, customer driven mentality
