Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Interest in hair care evaluation, in-vitro testing, claim substantiation, or cosmetic product research.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn data analysis and documentation practices.
4. Careful, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.
5. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and collaboration.
6. Previous internship or laboratory experience is a plus but not required.
Key responsibilities:
1.Assist in evaluating hair care product performance using laboratory instruments to support claim substantiation and formula screening.
2.Support the execution of product and formula tests according to project timelines and guidance from the laboratory supervisor.
3.Help with data collection, basic statistical analysis, result reporting, and document archiving.
4.Support routine laboratory maintenance and instrument management, including calibration checks, accessory preparation, and troubleshooting assistance.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

2.Learn and contribute to the development of new evaluation methods, including demo generation.
3.Participate in data evaluation, result documentation, and reporting for ongoing projects.
