岗位描述/Department Mission:
· Support company’s talents leadership development and competency building programs to drive organizational capability growth
· Assist in daily workflow optimization, data maintenance and analysis to amplify team productivity
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Track the progress of talent development programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
· Act as a coordinator between team and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and follow-ups on Personnel Development programs.
· Arrange team meetings, workshops, and events (e.g., scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes drafting).
· Provide general administrative support to the team, including project documentation organizing, data entry, report formatting etc.
· Support ad-hoc tasks such as preparing presentations, conducting research as assigned.
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Bachelor or Master student, major in Human Resources is preferred
· Language skills: Excellent English skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Availability for 5 working days per week
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & excellent communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
岗位优势/What we offer:
· Remuneration 170 RMB/day for Bachelor, 200 RMB/day for Master students gross.
· Living allowance up to RMB 2500 for students are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing.
· Internship Certificate (Only if the actual duration lasts more than 3 months where stability and sense of obligation is demonstrated)
· 1.5 days paid study leave per month
