Objective of the Position / 岗位目标 Provide technical support to local sales team and global customers. Customer visit together with sales & Marketing team; participate professional conference and exhibitions and catch the trend of corresponding applications; Conduct various product application tests and R&D projects and studies independently. Analysis trial results, recommend products and operational conditions for customers, submit Conduct analysis on products and competitor's products; Laboratory management； Principal Accountabilities/主要职责： 1. Strictly follow EHS & 5S policies and regulations of SGRS. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 2. Customer visit together with sales & Marketing team, understand deeply customer's needs, provide technical support and do trouble shooting for customers; 3. Design and arrange application tests, collect and analyze data and trial results, write trial and technical report. 4. Take responsible for R&D projects and conduct exploring trials to develop new products and extend new applications; 5. Complete product and competitor's product analysis strictly, precisely and efficiently, write and release technical report. 6. Participate in professional conferences and exhibitions, networking and give presentations 7. lab management: 5S, Equipment maintenance & upgrading, sample management, etc. 任职条件/Qualification & Skills 1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Materials Science and Engineering. Materials as a general, especially "ceramic materials" would be a plus. 2. laboratory devices (sand blasting and shot peening machine, milling, slurry properties analysis, forming, sieving, characterization tools etc). 3. Surface treatment application; cleaning, surface preparation, finishing, shot-peening, peen forming is preferred 4. Fluent English 5. Customer focused and result focused
