2017年6月由筱慧创办的精品瑜伽&普拉提工作室，位于上海静安区常德路800秀，这里聚集了一批专业的瑜伽、普拉提孕产，理疗和修复教练。户外瑜伽，普拉提活动，团建与旅修也是工作室的特色。创始人筱慧召集了各个领域的精英，包括医生，护士，营养师，花艺师，画师，音乐家，致力于提供一个专业化的团队，创造一个，宁静又多元化的空间。

Founded by Xiaohui in June of 2017, We are the Yoga + Pilates boutique studio, which is located at 800 Show, Changde Road, Jing'an District，Shanghai. A group of professional Yoga and Pilates maternity teachers gathered here. Additionally the studio organize regular yoga + pilates events and retreat. The founder Xiaohui gathered elites in various fields, including doctors, nurses, nutritionists, florists, painters, musicians, committed to providing a professional team and creating a quiet and diversified space.
