AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIA TSS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA Insurance Company Limited. It has accumulated a wealth of industry knowledge and experiences in the insurance technology industry for nearly 30 years, developing and maintaining almost all insurance applications and products, and has more than 1,900 professionals (e.g. senior project managers, senior architects, business analysts, senior developers, etc.) across China. We are dedicated in supporting AIA Group's business strategies and development plans to bring the best products, performance and services to customers and users. Therefore, our mission is to provide best in class technical solutions and services with high quality for AIA BUs and Group to support business strategies and initiatives. Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October 1994, Beijing office was established in September 2000, and Chengdu office was established in October 2022. Our customers are exclusively AIA companies in the Asia-Pacific region – including Australia, New Zealand, Korea, China, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia and Sri Lanka. Aligning to the AIA business and IT strategies, we endeavor to broaden service domains to provide better and more service to our customers. Nowadays our services mainly focus on: 1) Development and maintenance support for insurance applications and office automation; 2) Operations Shared Service Centre; 3) Products and tools development with modernized Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technology and Data Analytics etc. AIA TSS established quality systems with ISO 9001 certificate in 1999 and established AIAIT Development Process (ADP) in 2004. In early 2023, TSS passed the SOC2[1] Type2 audit and obtained the SOC2 Type2 report issued by Ernst & Youngs to provide strong compliance services for customers. These support our professionals to deliver top quality so
