Scope职责范围

To assist and support the hotel’s communications department in the operation of marketing program and maintain different channels of the hotel external displaying.

协助和支持酒店传讯部在宣传材料方面，传播酒店重要策略和促销活动。

 

Principal Responsibilities主要职责

1.General 总体工作职责

-          Responsible for perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, etc. 负责部门文书工作，记录、维护及整理文件及照片等

-          Prepares and submits reports on a timely manner .及时编写和提交报告

-          Collection and management for the different channels of clipping on articles related to our hotel advertisement and reporting etc. 收集及整理本酒店出现在报刊杂志的软文或广告报道

-          Responsible for social media relevant issue, such as maintain Weibo and WeChat, also monitor and reply online comments to hotel 负责社交媒体，例如维护微博及微信，以及管理和回复在线对酒店的相关评论

-          Assist in maintaining the WeShop platform 参与微信商城的维护

-          Update the list of media data base 更新媒体数据库

-          Distribute the newest magazine to the hotel public area and maintain magazine displaying 把新杂志分发到各酒店公共区域并维护杂志的摆放陈列

-          Responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies 负责维持部门的库存，确保足够的文具及其它办公用品

-          Launch and follow the application process of the purchase, gift voucher, guest invitation, etc. 负责启动及跟进采购、礼券、宾客宴请等行政申请流程

-          Responsible for the administrative record and the departmental training plan 负责不同的行政记录及部门培训计划工作

-          Attend assigned training sessions  参加安排的所有培训课程

-          Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary  执行任何管理层交付的工作

 

2.Others 其他

-            Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety 理解并严格遵守员工手册和酒店消防、卫生、健康和安全政策中规定的规章制度

Education 教育程度

-            Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Marketing / Secretarial Study / Administration / Management Study  酒店管理、市场营销、秘书、行政或管理学专业证书或文凭学历

-            Other related discipline 其他相关专业学历

 

Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能/知识

-          Sound communication skills and .Good interpersonal skills 具有良好的沟通技巧与较强的人际交往能力

-            Bi-lingual translation ability 双语翻译能力

-            Excellent and accurate typing 的打字技能

-            Familiar with filing system 熟悉文件存档系统
