Job Duties:* 1. General administrative, clerical and secretarial support; 2. Custom services during project execution, such as filing, monitoring and recording project status, playing a role as coordinator between engineers and clients, and handling general inquiries, etc.; 3. Coordination with other secretarial staff as necessary; 4. Any other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager. Education and qualification required: 1. Majored in English, secretary or other related; 2. Fluent in English written and orally; 3. Outstanding telephone manners and highly customer-oriented.? Experience required: 1. 2017 graduate preferred 2. Have working background in the foreign certification and testing company is preferred.? Special skills, mental/personality requirements: 1. Initiative to work on enquiries and solve problems independently; 2. Mature, hardworking, service-oriented and attention.
