Job Responsibility:

- Maintain basic data in SAP, SupplyOn, internal system Pilum, Workon ect,;

- Maintain and update vender information

- Prepare price decision for the whole team, which needs cross-functional cooperation with colleagues from project purchasing, planning and so on

- May assist in yearly price contract creation

- Other tasks required by mentor

Requirements: - At least 4 days per week, last for 6 months. - Fluent English in both writing and speaking.

- Detailed-oriented with passion

- Strong capacity in communication

- Good at MS Office (especially Excel e.g. vlookup, pivot table)
