Job Description

Mission & Main Tasks:

- Improvement and optimization of Mobile IT services, operations and related processes

- Support creation and preparation of IT documentations and projects

- Support execution of Mobile IT projects and ensure quality assurance

- Collaboration and communication with other departments on Mobile IT related topics

- Research and analysis related to Mobile IT technologies in mobile application development

Job Duties:

- Project management support, preparation of presentations and reports, tracking of project tasks and activity lists

- Support implementation of application management services (AMS) according to industry standard (ITIL) processes

- Support planning, coordination and organization of workshops and regular user forum to meet business needs in mobile application field - Support preparation of beneficial and innovative proposals for Mobile IT service optimization - Prepare test procedures and piloting mobile solutions for enterprise and public

- Assist controlling of Mobile IT operation and governance of external IT outsourcing or shared services

- Interconnect with expats within the Group, coordination and cooperation with departments within Audi AG, VW, VCIC and so on.

Working Relations:

- Internal departments (Audi IT China, VW Group IT)

- Internal users (Local, Expats)

- External service providers

Qualifications

Education:

Master or bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar

Professional Skills:

- Mobile Application programming skills (JAVA, Objective C, PHP,…)

- Analyzing skills

- Proficient MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) skills

- Familiar with Social Media, have good understanding on mobile solutions and platforms

Personal Skills:

- Very good personality

- Strong communication skills

- User oriented & team player

- Well organized with timeline, target and project costs

Language Skills:

- Advanced English (listening, reading, writing & speaking)

- German (optional)
