Accountabilities: 1. Follow Operating Manual and Process Sheet to prepare BLs based on Shipping Instructions and Customer profile in system. 2. Send BL Proof to customers for confirmation. 3. Follow up BL amendment. 4. Release BL to customers. 5. Handle functional email box. 6. Handle individual email box. 7. Coordinate between customer, FLO and GSC when translation is required. 8. Provide timely and effective resolution of any issues, problems arising from FLO or other parties and ensure escalation process is properly followed. 9. Provide feedbacks and/or suggestions to supervisors when detect any issues in problem solving. 10. Handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements: 1. College or above. 2. 1~2 year working experience in Shipping Industry is preferred. 3. Good written and verbal English skills. 4. Integrity with a deep sense of trust and have a strong responsibility to assigned tasks. 5. Ability to learn new knowledge and skills very quickly. 6. Be customer focused with a strong sense of urgency. 7. Good communication skills. 8. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 9. Ability to work under minimum supervision and as a part of team, exhibiting a high level of teamwork. 10. Able to work on night shift from 22:00 to 07:00. Night shift allowance will apply.
