Brief Description of Assignment •Support Career Program management, including interview arrangement, assessment center preparation, implementation and training records archiving •Help overseas trainees on boarding process, e.g. visa issue, welcome package and orientation •Assist recruiters to publish job requisitions through Internet channels and Job fair to post hiring information, screen candidates and arrange interviews •Communicate and coordinate with different external vendors and internal departments such as procurement, IT and accounting •Operate SAP system and maintain HR system and some new media •Assist on employer branding promotion and job fair •Provide administrative work to support team including facility management, meeting room reservation and team activities organization •Other assignments arranged by supervisor and team members
Qualification Requirement •Fluent English both in written & spoken •Excellent skills of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint •Detail-oriented, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility •Ability to work under pressure and mutil-task
