1. Assist the International Properties team during the weekend marketing events:
- Manage the guest list
- Receive guests and make sure they register
- Show guest to the room / venue and if necessary introduce them to the broker
- Manage distribution of event brochures, floor plans and gift bags if necessary
- Maintain all the required forms for the brokers, eg. price list and reservation forms
2. Data entry into CRM database / Salesforce
1. Male or female professional with customer service experience.
2. Be familiar with running events and have some idea about real estate and the IRPS business.
3. Preferable with some work experience.
